WAYPAY

Solutions

The same platform, set up for the way a particular trade works. Each solution page covers the workflow, the payment setup and what it costs to run.

What a WayPAY solution actually is

There is one product underneath all four pages. A solution is that product configured for how a particular trade sells its time or its stock: which fields the booking form asks for, whether availability is measured in staff hours or in units on a shelf, whether money is taken up front or on the day, and what the customer sees at checkout.

That matters because the two halves of the platform solve genuinely different problems. Booking allocates a person's time — a chair, a treatment room, a class slot — and the constraint is the calendar. Rental allocates physical stock over a period, and the constraint is how many of the thing you own and when each one comes back. A salon needs the first. A bike shop needs the second. A gym running both classes and equipment hire needs them side by side.

What every solution has in common

Booking, rental and Direct POS are the core modules and cost DKK 0 per month regardless of which trade you are in. There is no per-seat licence and no setup fee, so the cost of trying a solution is the time it takes to enter your services or your stock.

Payment service is the optional part. Switch it on and the checkout takes card payments and MobilePay through Stripe, with 5% of completed payments going to WayPAY. Nothing is deducted from bookings you take without payment, so a business that only wants the calendar never pays anything.

Payouts settle to your own Stripe account on a delay that is set per customer, 14 days by default. That delay exists to cover refunds and disputes on prepaid bookings; if it does not suit how your business runs, it is an account setting rather than a fixed rule.

Choosing between them

Pick the page that matches the constraint you actually have rather than the label on your door. If your bottleneck is "how many hours does my team have this week", start with salon or clinic booking. If it is "how many units are out and when do they come back", start with bike rental. If it is "how many people can be in the room at 18:00", start with gym booking.

The setup is not locked in by that choice — the same account can run booking and rental together — so the page you start from decides your first hour of configuration, not what the platform can do afterwards.
