When do I pay WayPAY 5%?
Only on successful payments through optional WayPAY payment service. The 5% is the total payment price, including WayPAY, Stripe and bank costs. It is not a fee per booking or 5% of your entire business turnover. Core modules cost DKK 0/month.
Are Stripe or bank fees added on top of the 5%?
No. WayPAY, Stripe and bank costs are included in the total 5% payment fee. Stripe fees are not added on top. Optional modules and AI usage have their own disclosed prices.
What does payment service cost at higher volumes?
The fee follows successful payments through WayPAY. DKK 10,000 results in a total payment fee of DKK 500; DKK 100,000 results in DKK 5,000. WayPAY, Stripe and bank costs are included. A subscription model may be cheaper at high payment volumes; compare subscriptions, payment costs and features. Payment service is optional.
What do Website, Business Intelligence and AI Chatbot cost?
Website costs DKK 99/month, Business Intelligence DKK 49/month and AI Chatbot DKK 75/month plus AI usage. They are activated separately and prices are also shown in Marketplace. Each fixed module price is below DKK 100; combined costs and AI usage may exceed that amount.
How can I evaluate WayPAY with few reviews?
WayPAY had been on the market for approximately one year in October 2026. Few reviews provide limited experience to draw on, but do not by themselves establish system stability. Try the solution through demos. Support is available by email and chat, with an option to request a phone callback.
Can I choose a payment gateway other than Stripe?
Current integrated online payments use Stripe with one total 5% payment fee. Choosing another gateway for this flow is not a documented feature. You can use the free core modules without WayPAY payment service. Contact us if using your own acquirer is a requirement.
Who operates WayPAY?
WayPAY is operated by OMNIWARE APS, Danish CVR 45896706. As a newer brand, WayPAY had been on the market for approximately one year in October 2026. Evaluate the booking flow against your customers’ needs. You can request a demo, contact email or chat support, or request a phone callback.
Is the interactive example the only way to try WayPAY?
No. The interactive example shows selected workflows, and WayPAY also offers demos. Product areas include Booking, Rental and Direct POS, plus WayPAY Active for coaches, clubs and associations. Contact us for a demo focused on your needs.
Does WayPAY supply physical card terminals?
WayPAY deliberately focuses on online payments instead of supplying physical card terminals. A mobile phone can be used as a terminal. Direct POS records direct sales and payment status. Contact us about the specific mobile workflow if you have requirements for a phone or payment method.
What does free mean when add-ons are available?
Free covers Booking, Rental and Direct POS. Website (DKK 99/month), Business Intelligence (DKK 49/month) and AI Chatbot (DKK 75/month plus AI usage) are optional. Their combined fixed prices are DKK 223/month. Payment service is separate and optional. Prices must be clear before activation; Active extensions are not automatically included.
